Video Dance Performances

This is an advanced Pro Am Rumba SHOW DANCE routine (open level) performed by John Howardson ( John Howardson Dance ) and his dance student Jana. At the time of performing, Jana had almost zero ballroom dance experience, but was an accomplished ballet dancer from previous training. John Howardson put this routine together over about 10 to 15 lessons to meet the performance deadline, which was a bit of a rush, to say the very least, for such a long pro am dance routine. With a little more time, the routine could have been polished up a bit more. All said and done though, Jana’s performance got the highest mark of all the pro am dance students in the event that night, and it was great fun. Enjoy !

 

 

NOTE:

We have deleted the music soundtrack from this video due to a copyright conflict with the music publisher in Los Angeles. The music initially used in the video was that of a famous artist and the song was good, but after some time, no deal could be struck between the music publisher and John Howardson Dance Company for syncronization royalities. Therefore, the music soundtrack will soon be replaced with one written, recorded, and produced by John Howardson Music.
